Loddon Shire Council is the declared Waterway Manager for the waters of Little Lake Boort.
In accordance with Section 196 of the Marine Safety Act 2010 (Act), Loddon Shire Council advises of the intention to introduce waterway rules for Little Lake Boort.
Description of proposed rules:
• Special Purpose Area for the purposes of Slalom Water Skiing • Direction of travel In accordance with the Act, Loddon Shire Council hereby invites submissions and comments from the public in relation to the proposed waterway rules.
