Volunteering at the Loddon Visitor Information Centre

The Loddon Visitor Information Centre invites you to join a welcoming team of staff and volunteers who play a vital role in supporting visitor services, promoting the Loddon Valley, and showcasing the wider Victorian region.

As a volunteer, you’ll provide friendly customer service, share local knowledge, and help visitors discover the many attractions, accommodation options, and businesses that make the Loddon region so special. Your passion and contribution directly enhance the visitor experience—and are truly valued and appreciated.

To recognise our volunteers, we host regular familiarisation tours, information sessions, and training to ensure you feel confident in your role. We also celebrate together at Christmas functions and other team activities.

Volunteer shifts are usually on Sundays and public holidays (10am–2pm), with additional opportunities available on Saturdays, weekdays, and at major events across the region.

If you’re interested in joining our volunteer team, we’d love to hear from you. Please contact the Loddon Shire Tourism Team on (03) 5494 1200 or email loddonvisitorinformation@loddon.vic.gov.au
