Running from Wednesday 14/01/2026 until Thursday 05/03/2026.
Wednesday's sessions will be held at Inglewood Swimming Pool. Thursday's sessions will be held at Wedderburn Swimming Pool.
hiit Training will be running the sessions.
A great way to get fit and socialise.
$5 per session plus pool entry cost.
