Minelab Wedderburn Detector Jamboree 2026

The Minelab Wedderburn Detector Jamboree is a vibrant family friendly event with a focus on gold detecting and panning in the natural environment of the Loddon Valley at the Hard Hill Tourist Reserve, Wilson Street Wedderburn  

Schedule:

• 6.45am Breakfast & Registration (both days)
• 10am to 4pm both days Coiltek Detector demonstrations.
• 1pm Registration for Inglewood & Districts Bendigo Bank Junior Gold Panning Competition $5.00 per child.
• 1.30pm Inglewood & Districts Community Bendigo Bank Junior Gold Panning Competition, 4pm to 6pm Seniors Gold Panning Knockout ($5.00)
• Saturday Evening – 6pm tea followed by 8pm entertainment and minor draws @7.45pm for competitors in Detector Jamboree
• Sunday 8 March 2026 8am Registration Junior Detector Hunt 8.30am to 1pm Coiltek Junior Detector Token Hunt cost $10 per child (8 -16 years) Children must be registered and coils must not exceeded 14 inch
• 2pm Minelab Wedderburn Detector Jamboree Token Draws Major Draws for senior token hunt sponsored by Minelab. Minelab GPZ 7000 value $10799 Coiltek major prizes. Must be on site to win Detectors and Coiltek major prizes

All tokens found are to be handed in by 1.30pm
Rules & regulations must be adhered to, and coils must not exceed 14 inch in size.

Please note: Camping at Hard Hill Tourist Reserve is free, although donations are accepted.

Saturday 7 March 2025 9am to 4pm only, the Monster Town Garage Sales will be on in Wedderburn. Maps are available at the Loddon Visitor Information Centre - 24 Wilson Street Wedderburn, from 9am.

Please note that the Coach House Art Gallery and General Store Museum will be open from 10am to 2pm on both days of the event.
