Published on 15 August 2025
This year's Community Satisfaction Survey, released recently, saw 134 comments about the state of roads in Loddon Shire.
Council staff have now reviewed all the comments and the following actions have or will be taken:
65 will be sent for follow up inspection by Council staff;
12 relate to the Flood Recovery program, which is underway;
41 comments related to roads managed by the Victorian Department of Transport and Planning but did not specify the issue – to report these please call 13 11 70 or visit https://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/traffic-and-road-use/report-a-road-issue; and
11 of the comments were too general to identify a specific issue.
Council is committed to ensuring our roads and other infrastructure are in the best possible shape.
