Council is seeking the appointment of one community member to its Audit Committee.
The position has become vacant due to normal rotation of membership, and is for the four year period of 1 May 2020 to 30 April 2024.
The Audit Committee, which consists of four community members and one Councillor, meets on a quarterly basis. An allowance is payable to community members of the committee.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience in financial management, risk management or experience in public sector management, and have a strong community minded focus.
