Winter Solstice
A night to reflect and remember, taking a gentle look back to look forward.
On the longest night of the year, not-for-profit organisation Survivors of Suicide & Friends host the Winter Solstice. Though this event was born of a need to support those grieving a loved one who died by suicide, the Winter Solstice is for everyone - not just those who are personally affected by suicide and mental ill health.
With exceptional speakers and heartwarming performances, this event offers a chance for the community to come together, to reflect, and to find the light ahead.
You are invited to join the community to watch the Winter Solstice via live stream on Sunday 21 June, 6pm AEST.
This is a free event - all are welcome.
The community will be gathered to watch together at the Boort Anglers Club, Ring Road Boort.
5:30pm arrival for a 6:00pm start.
Hot soup, coffee and tea will be available on the night.
