The Loddon Project is a group of three project designed to engage you in the development of three key documents for the Shire:

1. Community Engagement Policy

2. Community Vision

3. Council Plan

Commencing in June 2020, over the course of a year we will review Council’s Community Engagement Policy (the Policy), facilitate the development of our Community Vision (the Vision) and prepare the Council Plan (the Plan). This project is an important part of Loddon Shire Councils transition to the new Local Government Act (the Act).
