I, Darren Schultz, Building & Contracts Officer, of Loddon Shire Council, Waterway Manager for the Loddon River (at Bridgewater between Flour Mill Weir and Sweeney’s Lane), hereby give notice under section 208(2) of the Marine Safety Act 2010 (Vic) that all persons and vessels not participating in the Victorian State Emergency Service Welfare Fund Raising Event 2014 from 9.30am to 10.30 am on the 5 March 2014  are prohibited from entering and remaining in the waters of the Loddon River at Bridgewater from the Calder Highway Bridge to the southernmost boat ramp at the Bridgewater Public Caravan Park.

At the completion of this event the waters will revert to the provisions of Schedule 62 contained in the Vessel Operating and Zoning Rules for Victorian Waters July 2010.
