Applying for Planning Permit  Printer Friendly

A planning permit is lodged by means of a Planning Permit Application Form. This is available to download in PDF format, or alternatively contact the Planning Department and they will post the form to you. The form must be completed and lodged together with a copy of the Certificate of Title for the land concerned, the required application fee and other information as deemed appropriate.

A Planning application lodged with Council must contain:

A fully completed application form.
Application Fee(s) - a sliding scale of fees apply
Copy of prepared plans.
Written outline of proposal
Other information as required.

The more information you can provide with your application the easier it is to assess your proposal or answer enquiries from adjoining landowners or other interested parties.
