Roadside Weed Management

Loddon Shire Council is responsible for the control of noxious weeds on Council-managed (municipal) roadsides and fire access tracks throughout the Shire.

Landowner responsibilities for weed control

Landowners have a legal responsibility to control weeds on their property. You must take reasonable steps to remove regionally prohibited weeds and to prevent the growth and spread of regionally controlled weeds on any land owned by you.
